Good way to upgrade the Revell Yorktown Class
Posted by Bill Hensler on 23rd Feb 2017
"Personally I like these guns. They come to you in a small plastic test-tube like container. So, if you're not building putting the parts on your model the tree-of-parts can be put back in the container. Nice. I'm happy with the purchase. "

Move over 2D PE, here comes 3D!
Posted by Michael D on 24th May 2016
While PE has revolutionized modeling for all, the downside to the process is the 2D effect of finished product. Similarly, resin products, though 3D in effect has some molding limitation issues, including anything thin like like light AA barrels, etc. Invariably, many resin items arrive in your mailbox in a warped condition - bent barrels being a particularly pet peeve of mine. 3D Model Parts solves these problems in spades, and fill an availability gap in 1/500th scale, which, to date, has not had much coverage in any media. Now you build those Revell, Renwal and other kit manufacturer's 1/500th beauties languishing in your collection. Highly recommended!

Don't be out-gunned!
Posted by Mark on 28th Jan 2016
Got these for the 1/500 Revell line of ships and these are superb! The quality and fine detail is on par and possible above the level of Brass and Photo Etch guns.
Cast in Orange color, these are super clean,..no flash,..no seam,..no casting or manufacturing, molding grease or release agents to worry about cleaning off. Mine are perfect! If that's a concern..a quick dip in White Spirits will relieve your worries. They accept Acrylic or Enamel coatings with no "fuss"
Have you one of those Classic Revell kits?..get a set of these...Don't Be Out-Gunned!
